Ibelieve in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you with empathy and curiosity.

My goal is to help you connect with your inner strength and develop coping skills that empower you on your journey. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, touching on the past while also focusing on present-moment awareness.

I want you to feel comfortable bringing your whole self to our sessions, so I do my best to create an inviting environment for all my clients.

As a Latina therapist providing services in English and Spanish, I’m especially passionate about destigmatizing mental health in the Latinx community. Still, my commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space extends to everyone I work with.

I strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood because everyone deserves access to support.

Whether you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, relationships, or self-esteem, or you’re a couple looking to strengthen your bond, I’m here to help.

If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, you can find me in person at our Houston practice or via telehealth if you live in Texas. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Currently accepting new clients for individual therapy and couples counseling. Services offered in both English and Spanish.

A little more about me.

My own journey started early on, inspired by my mom’s own pursuit of a psychology degree. As a child, I remember quizzing her with flashcards, already intrigued by the human mind. While I always knew I wanted to help others, it was my internship at the Center for Discovery that solidified my path.

I’ll never forget when a client entrusted me with their vulnerability, asking for help in a crisis. It was a powerful reminder of the impact I could have and the deep trust that can develop between a therapist and a client.

My approach to therapy will always depend on my client’s needs. Looking at a person through a holistic lens and exploring a client’s worldview allows me to gain insight into what my client may need at the moment.

For some clients, it could be learning coping skills through DBT, challenging thoughts through CBT, or bridging the gap between thinking and feeling through ACT. What you can always expect is that I will approach therapy through a person-centered, humanistic approach.

I utilize the following theoretical models and clinical approaches, including:
