Sex Therapy & Intimacy Therapy

Reconnect with yourself, build confidence in your desires, and create healthier, more fulfilling intimate relationships.

Intimacy is deeply human, yet talking about it can feel vulnerable, confusing, or even overwhelming.

Many couples find themselves struggling with sexual concerns that affect their confidence, emotional well-being, or relationships.

At Destination Therapy, we provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, understand what’s getting in the way, and begin building a healthier connection with your body, boundaries, and desires.

Whether you’re navigating shame, performance pressure, identity questions, or simply wanting a more fulfilling intimate life, you deserve support that feels respectful, affirming, and grounded in your unique lived experience.

What is Sex Therapy?

Sex therapy is a specialized form of talk therapy focused on addressing the emotional, psychological, and relational factors that shape your sexual health and intimate connections.

It is not a form of physical or hands-on treatment; instead, it provides a supportive therapeutic environment where you can discuss concerns, learn new skills, and understand the patterns that influence your sexual well-being.

Our approach integrates evidence-based methods with a compassionate, culturally sensitive lens, especially for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ adults, who often face unique pressures and expectations around sexuality, identity, and intimacy.
