Inquire About Working With Tyrion

Are you tired of appearing capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside? Do you find yourself overthinking, holding yourself to impossibly high standards, or struggling to rest without guilt?

I work with adults and young adults who are seeking a thoughtful, affirming space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with who they are beneath pressure and expectation. Many of the clients I support feel anxious, are exhausted with demands from work or school, and are often afraid that they aren't doing life "right." Many are questioning their identity or wondering if loved ones would still love them if they weren't successful. Sometimes they aren't feeling very successful at all, as the weight of work, caring for others, or dealing with life transitions has become more than they can carry.

If you are privately exhausted by the weight of holding everything together, I'm here to support you as you discover or rediscover safety, peace, and belonging.

Areas of focus:

  • Anxiety and overthinking
  • Perfectionism and burnout
  • Identity exploration and self-worth
  • Boundaries and people-pleasing
  • Cultural and family expectations
  • LGBTQ+ affirming therapy

If you're ready to wake up calm, trust yourself, and feel like you can breathe again, I would be honored to hear from you.

How our work together will feel.

My style is warm, grounded, collaborative, and reflective. I aim to offer therapy that feels steady, genuine, and emotionally safe: a space where you don't need to perform, minimize your experience, or arrive with everything already figured out. I believe meaningful therapy begins with feeling deeply seen and supported, while also having room to explore the patterns, stories, and beliefs that shape your inner world.

I draw from person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In our work together, I help clients better understand their story, make sense of their emotions, and develop practical tools that support greater self-trust, alignment, and emotional resilience. Some sessions may feel more insight-oriented and exploratory, while others may focus on grounding, support, and navigating what is most present in the moment.

Accessible, supported care.

$50 per session

In order to provide high quality therapy at an accessible rate, I offer therapy sessions for $50 per session.

My work is supported through ongoing supervision as part of my graduate training program and within Destination Therapy by Monique Dunn, LCSW-S, the Practice Owner, and Tabitha Durr, LMFT, our Lead Clinician. This structure allows clients to receive intentional, supported care within a trusted boutique therapy practice.

A little more about me.

As a Black man with Southern roots and a background in corporate work, I bring both lived perspective and grounded curiosity to conversations around identity, resilience, pressure, and belonging. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community and someone who holds multiple intersectional identities, I understand that many people carry complex experiences that are not always visible from the outside, and I care deeply about creating a space where those experiences can be named, explored, and understood with compassion.

I feel especially connected to working with BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients, and those navigating belonging, family or cultural expectations, relationship patterns, and questions of self-worth. I show up in the therapy room as a real person, and I strive to create an environment where vulnerability doesn't feel forced, but becomes possible through trust, warmth, and genuine connection.

At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy should feel like a place where you can breathe, a place where you can bring your full self, better understand your story, and begin moving toward a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned.
