I utilize approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring them to your unique needs. I also integrate trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices, so our work together feels both effective and affirming.
